Delivery and Setup:
We set up delivery appointments when merchandise is paid in full.
If you are not home when truck arrives, we will reschedule the delivery for another day and you will be charged another delivery fee. We do not assemble bunk beds. Morning deliveries can be anytime from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and afternoon deliveries can be anytime from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Our delivery people will not move, haul or rearrange old furniture. Please be sure stairways, driveways and sidewalks are clear.

Special Orders:
We are more than happy to special order furniture in order to help you get just the right fabric, finish, size and style you are looking for. It is 50% down to order. See store for details.

Warranties:
Warranty is honored by the manufacturer only. The warranty is corresponded between Truesdell's and the manufacturer to you, the consumer. Every company has a different warranty and that can be discussed at time of purchase. Just hold on to your receipt for your warranty.
